Matthew Ribau

President / Principal Designer

Matthew’s goals are to deliver unique and creative ideas to every project and to understand his clients’ needs, while striving to exceed their expectations. Previous to Perspective Views, he owned and operated a 2,500sqft millwork shop designing custom furniture and cabinetry. Matthew also has experience as a draftsman on architectural projects at engineering and architectural firms and as a high school Technological Design teacher. He earned his Architectural Technology diploma from Sheridan College.

Nelio Santos

Engineer / Project Manager

Nelio is a Civil Engineer currently working towards becoming a P.Eng with 13 years of experience on construction management. He has diverse work experience in construction, in office trades management, coordination, quality control, and as a site engineer. Nelio’s ability to perform technical reviews is a benefit in technical meetings and during the construction progress. As a passionate Project Manager he’s comfortable working under stressful conditions. Nelio’s attention to detail and constant critical analysis helps him recognize problems that might occur during the construction process. Nelio studied at University of Algarve / The Institute of Engineering (Instituto Superior de Engenharia - ISE).

James Macklem

Sr. Architectural Technologist, Project Coordinator, Draftsman

James manages a wide range of projects throughout all phases of the project starting with the property research and schematic development, zoning review, design and technical drawing phases, including preparing municipal applications such as building permits. He earned his Architectural Technology diploma from Sheridan College.

Jobert Santos

Jr. Architectural Technologist, Draftsman

Jobert has excelled his technical skills and proven his abilities in the past few years since graduating from college, he is involved in most of the project scope of work, with a focus on residential and commercial projects. Fueled by a strong interest in architecture and design, he considers himself a ‘forever student’. He always maintains high-quality drawing standards with a keen eye for details. Jobert earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from De La Salle University and an Architectural Technology diploma from Sheridan College.

Janneke Ribau

Financial Accounts Manager / Bookkeeper

Janneke manages all the finances as the bookkeeper for Perspective Views. With an education in interior decorating from Westervelt College, she has the ability to understand the drawings and each projects scope of work. Janneke has also managed poultry and dairy farms. She’s very responsible, efficient and a pro at time management.
